My daughter recently ran over a drywall screw that was embedded near the outer edge of our rear tire. We drove to Sunset on a Saturday, only to realize they were closed. Just as we started searching for other shops, one of the technicians, Jose, happened to be at the shop on his day off. Despite being off the clock, Jose stepped up and repaired the tire for us in under 30 minutes. It was a big relief; my college-aged kids were home for a visit, and we needed the car for the weekend. Jose was professional, efficient, and very thoughtful. I’ve also worked with Chris (the GM) on other repairs and have found this team to be honest and responsive.
