Lake Bluff Tire Shop Auto Repair

I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience I had at Sunset Auto. I needed to change my brakes and was looking to find a new auto repair shop/mechanic near me since I moved to Lake Bluff. I gave it a shot based on the reviews on google, and I have to say the service was far far far better than I expected. Angel was literally an angel. He was very personable, helpful, reassuring, and professional. I knew my car was in good hands with him! Definitely will bring my car back here again in the future.

Customer service was great. Although I was able to get the service that I came there for, they were vary helpful in letting me know the things that needed repairs. Would definitely recommend this business to friends and family

Chris, Angel, and everyone else at Sunset are awesome, A+++ service. I highly recommend them, they are professional, reasonable, accommodating, and trustworthy!!!! My car drives like a dream now thanks to their superb auto repair skills.

Not only did you change my oil, checked everything else, but then went beyond my wildest expectations by fixing the side molding on my Lexas!! What fantastic service. You are family. I recently moved to the area from a small town. My VW needed service, and I wanted to find someone I could trust to do the job right and not overcharge me. After reading the reviews for Sunset, I decided to take a chance. It was the right choice!! Ron, the service manager, does an outstanding job of explaining the process of diagnosing the problems, and, once diagnosed, the options and the costs for repair, always with an eye to doing the job right and letting me make the best choice for my car and my pocketbook. I was happy with how quickly the shop was able to get the job done, and with how they stand behind their work. I highly recommend this shop!

One of the most knowledgeable staffs i have ever encountered and world class service. They where able to get me in quick and fix my problems before the quoted time. Provided me with a ride back home so i didn't have to wait in the shop. My car never ran better then it does now.
