Sunrise Express Auto Repair (Express Services)
I have been a customer of Sunrise Car Care Center for about three years with mixed experiences. They did good work on my Jeep at fair prices, which is why I trusted them with my Cadillac. Unfortunately, my experience with the Cadillac has been disappointing. In November 2024 I brought the car in for suspension, brakes, tires, and maintenance. After pickup, the engine cover had not been reinstalled. I also noticed a loud whining noise that got worse with speed. Sunrise believed it was coming from inside the transmission and suggested major disassembly might be needed. I went to a Cadillac dealership for a second opinion, and they quickly found wiring rubbing on moving parts. They repositioned it and the noise was gone immediately. In April 2025 I returned for a new battery and horn assembly. During that visit my engine cover was misplaced. Cadillac later confirmed the wrong battery had been installed. Sunrise agreed to reimburse the labor for that mistake, but I only received payment for the battery itself, not the installation as promised. Since the November work, the car has also burned through fuel much faster than before. The brake rubbing eventually faded, but I still hear a metal clanging noise over bumps that was not there prior to the suspension repair. I have spent over 10,000 dollars on those two visits alone and expected better attention to detail and follow through. I wanted to remain a loyal customer because of their past work on my Jeep, but the repeated oversights and unresolved reimbursement have made that difficult. I hope this feedback leads to better quality control and customer care.
