Brought several of my vehicles in to sunset tire for repairs other shops did not have the expertise to fix common issues. Hard to believe? It’s true, I was referred to Sunset by my friend, who was also satisfied by their great mechanics. Way to go Sunset! A very satisfied customer.

Their customer service and care for their customers is outstanding. They close at 6pm, I showed up with a tire issue about 5:30 pm. They worked me in that day even though they wanted to go home and took care of my issue without complaining or making an issue about it knowing I showed up 30 minutes before they closed for the day. Most places would have made you comeback another day. I greatly appreciate their dedication to taking care of me as a customer. I would recommend them in a heart beat. This is the only place I go to take care of my automotive needs. They are fantastic!!!

Great customer service is expected when everything goes right with a repair. In my case, the first batch of parts were not up to the quality that Sunset expected, so they ended up keeping the car longer than expected to be 100% sure the repair was up to their standards. Providing top level customer service when things aren’t going to plan is the sign of a really good business. I will absolutely recommend this shop to friends and family.

Being a first time customer I really didn’t know what to expect but the service and great results was better than any car dealer ship. I’ve returned twice for service problems and they have been exceptionally helpful to solve my problems. Highly recommend them over any dealerships that I have experience.

Very comprehensive and fast service

I had a wonderful experience at sunset. Gavin in service took care of me and got me in quickly and oversaw the work needing to be done. It was done quickly and efficiently and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back.
