I own a remodeling company in the Chicagoland area. My work trucks take a daily beating transporting heavy materials and driving lots of miles. I only trust one auto repair shop with not only my company vehicles but personal as well, Sunset Auto & Tire. The owner Maricela goes way out of her way to make sure each of her customers are 110% satisfied and that they completely understand what work needs to be done and why. They don't try to oversell you and they do everything possible to save you money. Gavin the service writer takes his time to explain there findings, what the cause was and what needs to be done to get a problem fixed. You receive daily texts/calls updating you on progress. They even offer a loaner vehicle or courtesy rides. I highly recommend this facility. They have gained my trust and a customer for life.

Sunset Tire & Auto Service, (19 Skokie Valley Rd) in Lake Bluff. They were professional and took the time to listen to my concerns about the issues with my truck and thoroughly evaluate its condition. I’m tired of going to a service garage, being told what work is needed, and then having the work thoroughly screwed up or not done at all. The professionalism, updated communication, and dedication I received from Sunset service writer, Gavin, was outstanding. He has an extensive background in professional racing and was extremely knowledgeable. Gavin and the Sunset techs sent pictures & videos with full descriptions of the issues presented on my estimate was a relief. Description of everything that need to be addressed. They completely restored my faith in service garages. After the work was completed, Gavin offered and rode in my truck a short distance to make sure any concerns I had were addressed. My work truck rode like a Cadillac! To top it off, I received some really cool “merch” in a “customer appreciation” bag! Thank you, Sunset, for the pens, flashlight, cool mug, my thermos—the list goes on!! I have four other cars and trucks that I am definitely going to take to Sunset for service from now on. So take it from a Service skeptic, do yourself a favor and go to Sunset.

We did appointment for tire replacement. We came on time and guy on recaption was very rude and refused do service for us. Don’t recommend
