Was having issues and problems with my tires and alignment. As usual Ron and his crew came up with a plan that alleviated the problems and was very economical and cost effective to me. I know the work was going to be top notch and warrantied so that's why I always have my vehicle serviced by them! Great place nice and friendly people!

While traveling through the state our van lost its brakes. We left the van with Chris and continued our trip with a rental vehicle. On the back through, Chris and his colleagues had our van ready and waiting. Chris kept me in the loop the entire time which helped ease my mind during our vacation. A great experience during a bad situation!! Thank you

Stopped in with a leaky tire and Ron (the service manager) treated me like a friend. He saw to my needs immediately and got me in and out and I never missed my lunch date. The guys are top notch and I would highly recommend them. I will return the next time I need service for my vehicle. Thanks guys, for getting me back on the road so quickly.

I went to Sunset Tire & Auto Services without an appointment because I had gotten a flat tire and a dealer in Gurnee, IL was unable to assist me with changing the tire. When I went to this dealer in Gurnee, they told me that because the area to lift the van was rusted, they couldn't lift the van to change tire. So, they put air in it and told me to be careful going home because they couldn't help me. I was frantic. I barely made it to Sunset Tire & Auto. The tire was completely ruined because I had driven on it. Ron the service manager could see I was nervous and put me at ease immdiately. He told me not to worry, that the was more than one way to skin a cat....they would be able to lift the van and either put the spare on it or put a new one on all together. Long story.....they found a tire to fit on my van....ordered it and put it on within a short amount of time, at a decent price. I highy recommend them. Very honest!! Thanks Ron!!

Very happy with the work performed. Quite professional and quick, and even found some hidden problems. Everything was explained simply and effectively, and prices seemed quite reasonable. My Civic Si drives better than ever.

The Lake Bluff location #3 was busy so Maricela sent me to #2 on Waukegan Rd. Candy greeted me and took care of my Lexas with an oil change almost right away. I had a Chamber party to attend for the Town Planner calendars I publish. By the way, Yony Angel, Chris, Yeimy, Jamie, and Faria are always so nice to me and pleasant. I feel like a king. Service with a upbeat smile. I am sure Santa willreward the entire team with a big stocking stuffer with a bi bonus and a healthy raise.
