They are honestly the most accommodating, sweet, honest, and dependable people. They truly go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is fixed and your a happy camper leaving. I HIGHLY recommend bringing your car here. I tell all my friends, so tell all of yours! Once you meet everyone you'll never have the need to find another mechanic shop again.
I typically am weary of mechanics, but I had an emergency situation! I was running errands and a lady told me my brake lights were out. I went home to look up body shops, calling literally 15 places. Granted it was a Monday but everyone said they were too busy to inspect my car. Then I called Sunset Automotive and Chris answered. He was MORE than accommodating. He was cheerful and helpful over the phone. Told me to bring it in that he would do his best to fix what needed to be. He gave me the scenarios. Told me what needed to be done. And gave me a direct price. THEN gave me a safety check, letting me know of any other possibilities that could happen soon. (I have an older care that needs a little maintenance). I have now seen him 3 times. Every time he is friendly, cheerful, accommodating, diligent and continuously goes above and beyond to make sure I am happy and safe. But best of all he's honest. The rest of the mechanics are friendly always have smiles, and the ladies who work in the office are very sweet as well. I work retail and now a days it's hard to find great customer service. I appreciate the service and environment this establishment has!!
