When i walked to the garage door i was greeted with a warm welcome an smile. you was very professional an took the time out to explain everything to me an the importance of each service that needed to be done. My trusted mechanic of many years suggested I go to Sunset for much needed tires, otherwise I would have wound up going to SAM's or Costco eventually. Well it was the best tip he ever gave me. The shop on 173 and 41, centrally located in Lake Bluff, treated me like family, was 100% speedy and responsive, and, amazingly, I got tires better as well as LESS EXPENSIVE than SAM's or Costco! Even if you do not need tires or auto work, please stop by, and talking to Maricela will make you very happy no matter what you talk about!

Had tires rotated and oil changed. Chris was great had my car finished before I finished a fresh cup of coffee. I'll use this place again if needed while visiting my sister.

Had one of the best experiences here with the staff here doing over and beyond what they are suppose to do, and how no matter the customer mood, they are alway friendly and polite. My vehicle was done being worked on when they said it would be and runs great!!! I have recommended Sunset Auto to all my friends and family and anyone else who would consider their services!!!!

I just came in to get an oil change and the staff here if very helpful and kind. The head mechanic Chris I believe is very helpful he will give you a straight answer and not the run around. I am a person who do not like change my vehicle service. When I get good service I like to stay in the same place forever. For reasons of urgency, I went to Sunset Automotive, Inc explaining my need. After making a diagnosis of the condition of my vehicle, Chris called me to explain in detail what needs repair, but something that caught my attention was the way it was organized. Without any prompting from me, Chris showed me a prioritized list of what I should do. That's what I call exceptional service. I'm glad I had the urgency. Honest, professional, friendly and quick. I chose them for a tire replacement and expected great things based on their Yelp reviews. They did not disappoint! Chris answered all of my questions and even gave me a tour of their shop while I waited. Their facilities (shop, bathroom, and waiting room) were all very clean and pleasant. I will definite be going back for tire care!

I have been shopping around for new tires then one of my coworkers recommended me to Sunset Auto. I replaced my 4 tires here. It helps me save at least $200 dollars this time. They are super friendly. And they even offer to drive me to work and pick me up after work. So I don't have to worry about anything after I leave my car to them. I will surely recommend all my friends to them.
