Love the service, technology & friendliness! My tire was fixed so quickly and they even made sure my sensors were reset. Amazed!!

We had our car serviced here the day after New Years, and despite it being the holiday season they still did a great job. Incredibly friendly, helpful staff who emphasize a good, easy, and educational customer experience. I would recommend it over many other local shops.

I'm 58 years old and have been in business for 35. I have had many vehicles in my time with a lot of different auto shops. I needed my headlights replaced, and was told by them to come by. When I got there it was on the 31st of December, and was closing for the holiday. The owner personally replaced my lights for me,and unbelievably didn't charge me a dime. This is the first time in my life any mechanic did anything for free. I will definitely go back there.

I discovered my car had a leak in the tire just before 4pm on a Saturday. I called Sunset and spoke with Maricela who said they were closing in 5 min, but she talked to the guys and they would wait for me to bring in the car. - how nice! I arrived a little after 4pm and was greeted by Chris who was incredibly nice and happy to help. Chris and the team checked and repaired my tire and I was out within 30 min! Thanks to them, I wasn't going to wake up Sunday morning with a flat. I will return for future service!

I took a mitsubishi lancer that I just bought to have a safety inspection check in this place and these guys did an excellent job checking every aspect and explaining me what they found.Now,I'm driving with great confidence in this harsh weather of Chicago.Thanks a lot for the professional services and customer attention.Definitely I coming back.

Went in today to get an oil change and tire rotation. Reasonable prices at $44 including tax for a large SUV. I also mentioned that I was going to replace my thermostat myself and instead of being a pushy salesman, the man working the front desk was very polite and gave me advice.Seemed to be very honest and got me in and out quickly.

Sunset was great and so friendly! We stopped in this afternoon right as all the snow was falling on our way to the airport. Unfortunately our windshield wiper was iced over and wasn't clearing the very wet and soon to be icy windshield. In a time crunch we stopped in and the gentleman working had us out and going in five minutes with perfect vision out of the car. Were on our way to the airport now and looks like we're right on time! Thank you so much! They also threw in some candy:)
