I discovered my car had a leak in the tire just before 4pm on a Saturday. I called Sunset and spoke with Maricela who said they were closing in 5 min, but she talked to the guys and they would wait for me to bring in the car. - how nice! I arrived a little after 4pm and was greeted by Chris who was incredibly nice and happy to help. Chris and the team checked and repaired my tire and I was out within 30 min! Thanks to them, I wasn't going to wake up Sunday morning with a flat. I will return for future service!

I took a mitsubishi lancer that I just bought to have a safety inspection check in this place and these guys did an excellent job checking every aspect and explaining me what they found.Now,I'm driving with great confidence in this harsh weather of Chicago.Thanks a lot for the professional services and customer attention.Definitely I coming back.

Went in today to get an oil change and tire rotation. Reasonable prices at $44 including tax for a large SUV. I also mentioned that I was going to replace my thermostat myself and instead of being a pushy salesman, the man working the front desk was very polite and gave me advice.Seemed to be very honest and got me in and out quickly.

Sunset was great and so friendly! We stopped in this afternoon right as all the snow was falling on our way to the airport. Unfortunately our windshield wiper was iced over and wasn't clearing the very wet and soon to be icy windshield. In a time crunch we stopped in and the gentleman working had us out and going in five minutes with perfect vision out of the car. Were on our way to the airport now and looks like we're right on time! Thank you so much! They also threw in some candy:)

I don't usually even right these reviews, however I am so pleased with Sunset that I have to give them cudos. Bravo for a job well done!! 12/18/2014 Just returned to add more compliments. Needed a tow this wwek - got me quick, had a bad gas pump, had the work done quick and reasonalble, and even more important no pressure to buy a bunch of service nick-nacks.... just good common sense recommendations. Brought my car in to get my suspension checked and replace a headlight bulb and cabin air filter. They were extremely helpful and nice. The building is also very nice on the inside, very clean waiting room and garage. Will be coming here for regular maintenance from now on.
