I had a screw in my tire, called Sunset #3 and got an appt for a bit later that day. This was my first time going there. They fixed it up quickly & my tire is great. Nice clean waiting area with Wifi, coffee, water & a tv. Highly recommend Sunset - I will be going back next time I need my car serviced.

Excellent facility, outstanding customer service and most importantly honest and top quality service on your vehicle. Strongly recommended this place to anyone looking to take care any vehicle needs. do not think of going anywhere else trust me. You can drop off your car and they will give you a ride back to where you need to. Now that's great!

Got a good deal on four new tires and had a couple of other things taken care of. Very pleased with the work done. Perhaps even more impressive were the employees at Sunset Auto. Chris kept me informed as to what my car needed. He was very personable and professional; a pleasure to deal with. The same goes for Angel, who was happy to give me a lift home as I had no ride on a cold day. These guys are good, good guys who create a happy, friendly atmosphere. This is the first time I used Sunset Automotive in Lake Bluff and it certainly will not be the last! I was in a bit of a panic because I was in the hospital and laid up for several weeks, and not only did not have time to renew my license plate sticker before the end of December but also was did not get the required vehicle emissions testing completed. Because I live alone, this was quite a quandary. The last time I had driven my car before hospitalization I noticed a slight burning smell – which was all the more worry. The previous repair place I used for about 10 years was far enough away that I would have to tow it for the necessary repairs and they were going to require a minimal repair amount based on what they thought the problem was. I was given the OK to return to work this week and was still facing the car repair problem. I took a chance and the looked online for the closest auto repair shop and was thrilled to find that Sunset had excellent reviews on Yelp. I called them and within a couple of hours they came to my house, dropped off a loaner car, and took mine in to check it out. They diagnosed the problem to be something quite minor versus what my now former repair shop told me. Not only that, but they took my car in for emissions testing for no charge so I wouldn't miss more work and only had to take it to get the new license sticker. Bottom line is that I saved about $400 and a lot of time and aggravation! They were extremely courteous, honest, and went well above and beyond my expectations. They have a new customer for life and I recommend that EVERYONE give this fabulous FEMALE owned businesses a shot. You won't regret it!

Went in with a huge piece of plastic stuck to my exhaust system . Jose jumped on the issue and had the problem solved promptly. This company has a staff that has been with the business for years.
